Many senior citizens, young children and the disabled have difficulty swallowing their daily multi vitamin, something they need more than others. These pills are typically large and do not have a smooth coating on them but rather a rough exterior that sometimes begins to dissolve before someone is finished swallowing it.
The new way to take vitamins is the dissolvable vitamins which are the same strength as a pill form only crushed into a fine powder. These dissolvable vitamins are sprinkled on the tongue and will quickly disappear without the fuss of trying to swallow something large. There is also a nice berry flavoring to make it go down easier.
